I have been playing golf for about 2 years and i have recently joined my local golf club.I absolutly love nike products and my dad had already bought me the ignite 3 wood and so i bought the driver.
This is the best driver i have ever hit it goes longer and straighter than any other driver i have ever used.
I outdrived my friend who is an 18 handicap and i outdrove him by a good 40 yards and i am playing off of 54 as i havnt dropped yet.

When i got this club i was panicing cuz i needed something besides my fairway wood to hit with...my other driver(great big bertha II pro series) was meant for a draw and i have a fade...so this club was on sale at golfsmith.com for $139.95...i got a 9.5 nike ignite stiff flex...went to the driving range and hit about 20 balls with it...got used to it...didnt like the sound at first...loved the distance...but was swinging small with it cuz i baby my new clubs lol...next day went and played golf, first hole had the jitters and shanked it right...i was depressed thinkin it was a bad idea to buy...go to the next par 4...smacked the ball so straight that lance bass would feel offended... and it went 30 yards further than usual...i nearly cried with joy...next hole went straight with the same distance...next hole it actually worked with my fade perfectly...love this club...starting to like the sound when it smacks the ball and love the graphite...stick with the stock shaft by fujukira...its amazing...oh ya...this club has style too...with the headcover look and the grip...

First of all i like to say that i recently got used to hitting drivers. This is since my 3-wood had good enough distance for me during roudings. I was looking for a particular forgiving driver with some booming distance. I have tried things like Clevelend, Ping, Callaway, and taylormade r7; but what i never, ever expected was to be amazed by this NIKE driver. This driver instantly added 15+ yardages compared to other drivers; and yet the direction was going straight enough with a small draw which really got my attention. And + the forgivingness of this driver is truly amazing; but once hit on the sweet spot, you'll get that tiger woods driver sound. Some of my friends told me to try the new SQ driver, and i did, but it didn't work that well compared to the ignite driver. The price was excellent on my ignite too, since the proshop had to close out on all the iginites out. But wat i would suggest you is that try the cheaper ignite driver rather than the SQ cuz this is one crazy booming driver.

bought this about a week ago, Ignite by Fujikura stiff graphite shaft. went straight to the driving range after i bought it so i could compare it with my Callaway C4 (composite). All i gotta say is that this driver is about 15 yards further than the Callaway i have. they're both really straight. the Ignite has a better sound to it just because it's made out of nike's new material NexTi (titanium). when hit on the sweet spot, the ball goes a LONG LONG LONG way and straight as and arrow. off center hits don't result in bad teeshots, you just lose some distance compared to a sweetspot hit. all in all, extremely please with the ignite 410cc driver w/ stock stiff shaft, go out and buy it @ GolfTown if you're in Canada for $248!!!!

This combination blow my old 983k 9.5* + Aldila 65 away. To me, ignite feel more solid at impact, specially on an off center hit. The first time ever that I get a solid 280 yard carry. I can max out my old 983k to about 300 yards but with about 250-260 carry the rest is rolling distance. The tatal distance is not much different but with an all time high carry, it allow me to be bold especially if I try to cut a corner on the hole which turn left and right. SUPER club. I'm glad not many people like it. I got it very cheap of ebay (paid about half of what I paid for my 983k, and now the 983K is sitting nicely in my storage) BTW, my swing speed is about 115-120 mph.

I've never had much luck with Nike products and my latest adventure with the Ignite was predictable. With my old driver I was hitting the ball on the average of 310 yards, with this Ignite I was unable to keep it in the fairway and my distance was much less.

Well what can I say about this driver that won't sound like I am blowing smoke. I tested the 410 with a 45" Tour grade Fuji in it and loved the sound, and ball flight I was getting. It out performed my Deep Red 425 easily. So I bought it. Played a couple rounds with it. Then decided to shorten it to 44", as all my drivers have been at that length and it feels right. So I take it in to the shop and when I get it back it is a shade under 43.5"! Well I was mad, but I tried it anyway. I have been very straight with this driver. i was hitting 5, 10 yard draws, and cut quite readily. When I really go after one, it seems to get straighter for me. Which is weird. Do those the thing on the bottom do more that change the pitch of the sound?? I don't know. But this driver sounds awesome (not like a can on a stick) and it performs great! I have the 8.5* and I also found that teeing it a little lower than most big head drivers works best. The face isn't as deep as most, so a lower teed ball gets out there at the right trajectory.

This is a great club. I've been on a long quest to find a replacement of my ageing Taylormade 320. I've had Cobra and Mizuno MP1, but neither 'felt like home', even after a few months' ownership. The 410 does after a couple of weeks! Demo'd the 460 and 410, both in 10.5 degree Fujikura regular shaft (my swing speed is between 85-90mph). The 460 was great when I middled it, but seemed much less forgiving than the 410 if I did not. The 410 seemed to go pretty well with any decent strike, and SAILED into the distance on a good hit - great elevation and strong run-on after landing. Was hitting it consistently longer than my MP1. Apart from superior results, the 410 also FEELS much nicer to me. It looks good (not too massive-looking) and sounds much less tinny than the 460. I could feel the head more clearly throughout the swing too, which helps my timing and tempo. In all I cannot praise this club enough. It works really well, it sounds great, it looks sweet. (The 'go faster' fins on the base of the club are my only gripe - they apprently serve no useful purpose, but simply make the club 'look good' - an unnecessary feature in my view) I read that the 460 recently won Golf World's longest driver competition. That may be the club for you, but don't forget to check out the 410 too - you may find it works just as well, but feels a lot nicer.

tested at demo day with aldila shaft, stiff. i carry the 350cc (10.5 degree) and i hit the ignite probably 10-15 yds longer and with a higer trajectory. especially nice was the look of the driver at setup, doesnt seem as deep faced as comparably sized (400cc) drivers, so i did not have the occasional slice. harder for me to fade the ball than draw but do not know if this is by design. if i had the money i definitely would buy this driver, but as such i'm gonna have to wait a while and try and catch a deal on eBay. ps. i never knew there were so many people who average 280-300 yd drives. i especially love it when they add "without difficulty!"

Customer Service

the staff at the demo day were great. one guy was out there bombing balls over the fence of the driving range. legit 280-290 carry

I work at a Golf store that has a launch monitor (Not Golfsmith) and have access to hit anything on the market. This driver gave really good results on the launch monitor so I took it to the course. It is the longest driver I have hit and is very forgiving. It is much better than the Ignite 460. Unlike most large headed drivers this one performs better teed a little lower. Ball impact at just a little lower than dead center gives very impressive results. I tend to be a low ball hitter but this driver really gets impressive launch angles and it carries forever. The only knock is the price. If Nike really wants a piece of the driver market they are going to have to price these so that everyone can afford to give them a try because it doesn't appear that Tiger Woods stuffing an Ignite inside his talking Tiger headcover is moving many of them out of the stores. It's a shame because the 410 is a winner.
