Nike 450cc Forged Ti Driver
I bought this driver about a week ago, used, from a guy who had bought a new set of clubs. It was the best 30 dollars I've ever spent. I'm a casual golfer that doesn't get to spend much time on the course but the club performed wonderfully. I went to the driving range and just decided I'd take it easy. Well, even without really getting after it, the ball regularly carried 240 yards with a fair amount of roll on the soggy landing zone. Considering the muggy, wet conditions I would have to say that this is the best driver I've ever personally hit. And if the rest of the shots didn't prove it, the last five balls of the bucket certainly did. I really decided to rip a few and put 3 of the last 5 balls over 320 yards. I would definitely recommend this club to anyone. Similar Products Used: I have used a TaylorMade Burner 460cc driver and a Cleveland Launcher on a marginal basis when playing golf with my buddies and would recommend the Nike over either of them. |

nike forged 450
I have been playing this driver for almost 4 years and I still love it. I've tried quite a few others the past few years and the feel on this one is unbeatable. I was going to buy a new driver with a stiffer shaft but have decided to stick with this one and just reshaft it. This club is extremely long. I hit one 350 yards last year, (on dry ground, but still, 350). Great club, you'll love it. |

Forged 450cc 10.5 Accuflex
This is the longest driver I ever hit and I tried them all on a launch monitor and the numbers don't lie. The only driver I hit straighter was the Nike Sumo2 square driver. Nothing will beat the Sumo for dispersion but the old forgeed model was only off by 5-6 more yards on bad drives. Both had low spin, around 2900-3200 for me at a launch of 14-15 1/2 degrees. The Nike forged feels better. Can't describe feel at impact. Kind of muted but a nice feel like when you connect in baseball with a line drive gapper. The Forged 450cc is also heavier which is better for control. Now I upgraded my shaft with the new Accuflex Evolution. Awesome shaft! The original Nike shafts put in these were garbage and thus the bad reviews. Too whippy, thin construction and poor launch and spin rates. But the 450cc head is first class. Appears a little closed at address-maybe 1 degree or so but you won't hook it. I have a very fast swing and my miss is a hook but I hit this fairly straight and often with a soft fade that bores thru the air. The Nike forged delivers a flat, penetrating flight with little spin that will eat thru any wind and if your fairways are hard you can expect major roll. Buy one cheap on Ebay and put your favorite shaft in it and watch it fly. I will use my forged driver for hit and giggle tournaments like scrambles when I need major length off the tee. I will use the Sumo2 for competition because it's almost impossible to hit off line and distance is only 8-12 yards behind old forged model... Customer Service pretty reliable Similar Products Used: everything,,,905T, 905S, 905R, Nike Sumo2, Taylor Made Superquad, R7 and R5, Mizuno Mx500 and Mp001 460, Tour Edge Exotics tour model, Ping G5, G2 and Rapture, Callaway Ft3, ft5 and fti and a slew of others since 1996 |

this is a really great driver.i would recomend it to anyone from a scratch golfer to a 45 handicap. It is very forgiving but also has great feel and is looong! and when you hit the sweetspot it seems lik it is going to carry for miles but when you dont hit the sweet spot it is very forgiving and still goes straigt but loses a few yards.. overall a very great driver and has been in my bag for 2 years now.and another plus is you can now buy these on ebay for under 100 bucks you cant beat that Customer Service havnt had to use but i have heard good things Similar Products Used: tm r5 (great driver), mp001 400cc and 460cc(pretty good),tm r7(not very forgiving),ping g5(ok not much feel to it).... |

Nike 450 Forged Titanium
Well, I have slowly but surely made my way up the ladder. Started off with the 350, went to the 400 and now I am at the 450. This club is a MONSTER! My 400 is no slouch but this 450 is so much more forgiving. The quality is impeccable. The club looks spectacular. I cannot fathom how ANYONE in their right mind could possibly have anything negative to say about this series of drivers. Its ridiculously long, extremely forgiving, and great looking. The beauty of it is that now they can be had for next to nothing on Ebay! I mean 100-140 is a bargain. I continuously hit different drivers all the time to test them and this still ranks as one of the top ones. I also love the Ignite and the New Titleist. I think Titleist finally recovered from their 983 Series disaster. Give this club a try. You will not be disappointed. The real key is to find one with an aftermarket shaft. This club is wonderful with the Grafalloy Blue as well as the Aldila NV. Customer Service Use their information line and they are extremely helpful. This is the brand of the future. just ask Phil Mickelson about Nike's inferior equipment and his claims of being to fly it past El Tigre. Boy does this guy even get a grasp on what a complete tool he sounded like. He must have because he switched to Callaway. Similar Products Used: MacGregor Eye-O-Matic, Taylor Made (Not worth the money and the feel is average), Callaway (GBB2 is finally back on track), Titleist (Almost got if completely right) Cobra (Always Top Shelf). |

Nike 450cc driver
When I started golf about 2 yrs ago, my neighbor lent me his old clubs. The Christmas after that I got a full new set of clubs(TourEdge) w/ a titanium alloy driver. I would hit it on an occasion up to 200 yds. So I bought the Nike 450(10.5 degrees, graphite) off of eBay for $125. First time I took it to the driving range, I was hitting it down to the 230 yd flag stick. Now I hit it about 250 yds pretty much because I have a faster swing. But I gained about 30 yds or more with this driver. It seems to have a fairly lower trajectory than normal, but is very forgiving off miss hits. I give this club a big thumbs up. Nike 450cc Ti Forged Driver
I started with about the worst driver you could possibly think of. I hit it about 240-250 wheni hit it solid ans square. Then i bought a callaway great big bertha because there were the talk of the town at that time. I hit it very consistent with a low trajectory that gradually would raise into the sky. Then I wore that diver out after so long. and i bought a LOCO driver which was so much bigger than the callaway. and i wasnt a huge fan of the overwhelming size and the regular shaft i had on it. SO recently i went bought a Nike driver from TGW.com. Well first i went to my local golf store and tried a new out... titleist(very solid) cleveland(loud sound) taylor made(too expensive) callaway(not at good as the GBB1) ignite driver(not solid). I picked up the older Nike driver and i figured what the hey! it felt so solid and pure like nothing ive hit before. including all the other big names. I have a X stiff flex on it with a 450cc head so a miss hit wont kill me. I'm a consistent center of face ball striker when i dont try to kill it.. all i have to say it once i bought this i bought the fairway woods and the irons and the wedges and bag to match... nike has such beautiful equipment and it really suite my game. The avg trajectory is medium(i use a stiff flex) avg about 265(with controlled swing) accuracy(i hit it within about 25-30 yard on every swing WHEN I STAY CONTROLLED) nothin much mroe i can say than i love the club and nike is doing some amazing things... cheap too=+!!!
