My Hammer Superpro broke at the hozel after a couple of rounds. The place I bought it from wouldn't take it back so I went straight to the manufacturer and they replaced it. The replacement also broke at the hozel. I gave up and just replaced the shaft, now it seems ok.

Good luck with this one. I ordered the club and it took forever to arrive. I took it to the range and it broke near the hozzle after 25 swings. I called to get my money back and was told that they could only send a replacement. The replacement arrived and it broke after only 8 balls hit. I again asked for my money back. I was told they would have to contact management. While I was waiting to hear from them another club arrived. It broke after 25-30 swings. It is a 48 inch shaft. The head to much to heavy for the shaft with the torque that is generated. I have been told that I cannot get my money back and they will not send another replacement even though it was faulty equipment. Do not order from this company!

Customer Service

They were extremely rude and refuse to refund money. I have asked to speak to a manager but there is never anyone there to speak to. They will not return my calls or emails. DO not order from this company!

I ordered on in April, but have not received it. This is just to let anyone know that if you order one, it is uncertain just how long it will take to receive it. I finally got tired of the run around when I called customer service, and decided to cancel my order. I then found out that to get your money back, it takes longer than it would to get the club. I paid by credit card, but was told that they will not credit my account, but instead would have a check mailed to me from their corporate office in Pennsylvania. I got that phone number, but all you get is voice mails when you call. I finally called my credit card company and disputed the charge. All I can say is this... If the club is anything like the company that markets it...SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I am also writing and emailing the Golf Channel to let them know how poor this company is and how misleading there infomercial is.

Customer Service

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AT BEST. TWO WEEKS AGO I WAS TOLD MY CLUB WOULD SHIP IN TWO WEEKS. TODAY I WAS TOLD END OF JUNE OR EARLY JULY. THEN WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL MY ORDER, VALERIE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AND SPENT MORE TIME TELLING ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE CLUB BEFORE I WOULD RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH I USED A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE.

Wear ear plugs when you hit the Hammer SuperPro driver, it's loud. I hit this club a few days ago at the driving range and my ears are still ringing. Everytime I hit a drive everyone on the range looked over at me. Despite the deafening sound, I did hit this club a long ways as advertised. However, my hearing is more important to me than 50 extra yards so my Hammer SuperPro is going on Ebay.
