I could not hit the club so I let everyone in our group of four try it. Nobody liked it. It was nothing like advetised. I like my Taylor made much better and everyone agreed that the club sucks.

Model Reviewed: The Hammer

I bought The Hammer at Goodwill for 9 bucks. Obviously someone thought it was not worth keeping but then again maybe they retired from golf or hurt their back or what ever.

I brought it home and hit some whiffle balls in the back yard for about 2 hours.

The balls are going straight which is the first indicator that the hammer lends itself to control.

I tried yelling really loud when hitting off the tee just like Hamm does, but It doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

I shot the balls about 75 feet which is about 4 feet further than I can hit these balls with my other drivers. I have about 15 drivers. Even if they are old an some of them are even real wood, The Hammer goes further than the others do.

I'll take it out on the course tomorrow and let you know how it worked.

Model Reviewed: SuperPro

I competed in long drive competitons with the SuperPro driver. 3 years ago I advanced to district level competition trying to get to the ReMax World Championships in the super senior division. I was consistently hitting in the 320 yard range. Unfortunately health problems have ended my long drive asperations. I am currently trialing his newest driver the HammerX. I think it actually hits farther than the SuperPro but has not been submitted for USGA testing yet.

Customer Service

Jack Hamm is very accessable by phone and his company has great customer service.

I play for the School golf team and seen a hammer siting in the pro shop, they allowed me to go try it and I was very anxious. First I teed off with my R5 and then hit the hammer. It was a decent shot but was shorter than my Taylormade. It felt very heavy and didn't have much pop. It seemed to me that you would need to be a strong man or long drive champion to hit it right.

Model Reviewed: Hammer Zolex Club

I have had a hammer sitting in the garage for some time. I have to admit the "sword like shaft" was the main reason I never liked it. Stiff, however I reshafted it with a Graffaloy Pro Elite stiff shaft and swung weight it to D6 and it is the easiest and farthest club I have ever hit and I have a suite of the latest drivers to prove it. Re-shaft your hammer with a conventional shaft and if it is the right stiffness you will have a lot more fun with your hammer.

I bought the hammer and it feels like a cinder block attached to stick and goes just about as far. Nothing about this club is good. It is the worst golf club I have ever purchased bar none.

I have purchased knock off clubs in the past and they at least were usable clubs but this thing is terrible. It actually hurts my hands to use it.

I normally hit my driver 225yds. I tried the hamer and it went 200yds. dead sideways. It feels like a rock on the end of a stiff stick. I hit the ball in the center of the club face,it got about 10 ft. off the groung, and sliced like mad.I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

I am not the best golfer but I can hold my own, bought and tried the hammer driver and love it, it is so easy to hit, follow Jacks instructions and yes you will have a longer drive..Good control, I love the 3 wood which came with the driver, I have not a negative thingt to say about these clubs, Hey just try them, oh and remember no club is a miracle club, follow Jacks instruction and it can be.

Based on what I have read I am not comfortable taking a chance on your product with so many negative reviews. I have researched several tour pros equipment and have yet to find one that uses your product. You have to be able to drive the ball far on todays tour to be competitive. If this is such a great driver, why aren't PGA professionals using it during actual tournaments? That is why I do not own one of these drivers.
