Launcher 9.5 Rifle 6.0
Have played the Launcher for about a year with the regular gold shaft. Trajectory was very high and found club diificult to control unless I swung very slow. I recently switched the shaft out and put in a Rifle 6.0 Graphite. This has to be the best combination of shaft and clubhead, I have ever felt. What was once a decent driver, had become an absolute joy to hit. Trajectory is boring and dispersion rate is low. Don't get me wrong, with the gold shaft, if I put a decent swing on it the ball "launched" (no pun intended), but I really couldn't go after the ball like I can now. This club took a little bit of gettin used to after using a GBB for such a long time(and to such good effect), but after getting the hang of it, i have found it to be a truly awesome driver. I am not only out-flying and out-running my GBB by a good 30 yards but i am also straight down the middle(no more of that ballooning slice as the launcher has a slight draw-bias and produces a nice boring trajectory). The club sets up superbly and looks amazing, and the sound on impact is sweet(it lets everyone else on the course know you've let one fly!) Played the club with the stock shaft and it was o.k. After putting in GD ys7 X the club is amazing. I am a traditionally a straight hitter but the 8.5 seems to produce a little draw. The club is still easy to move left to right or right to left. Much better club on mis hits than the 975J. Similar Products Used: 975J, Cobra ss350, Mizuno Blue rage |

Cleveland Launcher 8.5 with GD YS-7 X
This is a great club. The trajectory is fantastic. It takes off and just seems to hang int he air. Unlike a lot of other drivers (previous generation) it doesn't peak and drop, but comes down and rolls a good bit. The face angle varies based on the loft, with the 8.5 being square. I suspect a heel weighting bias, cause a swing that feels sqaure to me seems to produce a slight draw. This is by no means a problem, but it is noticable. Compared to the other 2 drivers I've hit a lot lately (TM360 tour and Titleist 975l) I get a lot more draws with the Launcher. I haven't hit a Launcher with the stock shaft, but everyone I've talked with that has, loves it. On top of being a great club, it is also a great deal (compared to similar generation drivers from other manufacturers). Similar Products Used: TM 360 Tour, Titleist 975L-FE, Ping TiSi Tec |

Cleveland Launcher 8.5 w/ Fujikura Pro Vista 80 XS
After learning how to hit the Launcher with the Fujikura shaft, it amazes me how accurate and long this club is with the shaft. Not only does it bore the ball through, but the roll after the landing is what took me by suprise. I've hit the Callaway ERCII (now considered illegal by the USGA for tournament play) and though the ball seem to come off faster off the face, it does not have the same distance that I get with the Launcher 8.5. I'm quite impress with the caliber of this club. The golf course just got shorter all of the sudden. Similar Products Used: Callaway ERCII |

10.5 Launcher Gold Reg Shaft
This club is a winner. I am 13 years old and I have an 18 handicap. I was previously hitting a Callaway Biggest Big Bertha. Due to the low loft (7) and too stiff a shaft for me, the local pro suggested I get a new driver. I looked around a bit and went to a tent sale a local golf shop had. I purchased this club and took it to the course the next day. I hit 1 out of 18 fairways. The clubhead is extremely heavy. After two buckets of range balls the next day, I was pounding the ball over 210 every time and straight as an arrow, compared to my Biggest Big Bertha that I sliced and could only hit 190 max. Overall, this is a great club for all handicaps. When you hit the ball in the sweetspot you can't even feel hitting it. So I would suggest this club to anyone and everyone looking for a new driver. 9.5 Deg. Stiff Flex
Quite simply the best driver I have owned. I tried it after a discussion with my local pro who gave me some drivers to try including the XR-03,ERC 2,Titleist etc but he thought that this would be the club for me. How right he was . The shaft (stiff flex) is brilliant and this driver has passed even the Taylor Made 300 series in my estimation (however I've not tried the 500 series yet). Off centre hits go straight (ish) and a sunday best drive screams over the 300 yard mark with ease. May not be the biggest name in drivers but worth seriously looking at whatever your level of play. Got mine after trading in my TM 320Ti and don't regret it one bit. Cleveland Launcher
Absolutely love this club. My home course is a course with a lot of water to carry. With this club I carry every hole all the time with no worries. I have the confidence to take some angles I never took before. Shots I'd miss terribly with before I got this club still travel straight and with distance. Definitely recommend this club to most golfers looking for a place to improve their bag. |

Cleveland Launcher Driver
I originally purchased a Callaway Steelhead III (10 degrees). I was hooking all of my drives. fortunately, I usually hit my shots straight, so I couldn't understand why I was hooking. I then learned about draw bias and found that the Cleveland Launcher set up very square. I demo'd the club and was back to hitting it straight and long. I was getting about 25 extra yards on each drive. I use a regular shaft and have a moderate and smooth swing. This club will do the work for you if you let it. When I really try to crush it, I tend to get the same results. It has a very lively face (deep too). I was very close to buying the Hawk Eye VFT, but found it to be dead. The sound of the ball coming off of the face of the Launcher will be music to your ears. Customer Service NA Similar Products Used: Steelhead III, Hawk Eye VFT, Taylor Made 200 series |

9.5 degree driver w/ Fujikura reg. shaft
I tested at least a dozen drivers before a pro suggested the Launcher. It was not even on my list, but from the first hit at the driving range, I loved the club. I'm hitting it further than ever, with a slight fade. The club is nicely balanced with an easy, comfortable feel to it. I love the feel and the look of the funky gold shaft. A very forgiving club -- even my mis-hits don't go wild. This club has made a big difference in my game. Customer Service N/A Similar Products Used: Callaway big bertha steelhead |
