Bought it based on the price and the positive reviews on this website. For the price, I would put it up against any club out there. Distance-wise it kept up with the Cleveland and Cobra I demoed at a third of the price. Looks good at address, long and forgiving. I'm a personal fan of the Bi-Matrix so I was happy to see the ST comes with it as its stock shaft. Best bang-for-the-buck out there.

Model Reviewed: Adams ST Titanium 363

First of all, my driver is labelled as an Adams ST Titanium 363, but the head is identical to the GT 363 in every respect, except the head weight has been trimmed by a few grams to compensate for the heavier BiMatrix shaft. I've been trying different drivers all year, and couldn't decide between the TM 200 (forgiving but not long) and the Callaway Steelhead Plus (long but not forgiving). On a whim I decided to give this one a try, and now my search is over! I've finally found a driver that is long, forgiving AND accurate. The larger clubface makes it easy to make good contact, while the BiMatrix shaft really seems to keep the clubhead stable - there is none of the whippiness I have felt with other big-headed, graphite-shafteddrivers. Good swings produce long, straight and soaring shots down the middle of the fairway. Less-than-perfect swings usually produce a high fade that only lose about 10-15 yards in distance. In 10 rounds with this club I've only hit a slice twice and never hit a hook. For a 20-handicapper like me, that's accurate and forgiving. As for distance, my longest drives with the Adams were about the same as my previous long driver (the Steelhead Plus, which was 20 yards more than any other I've tried), but my AVERAGE distance was much better. Off-centre hits just do not lose much distance - they just go a little left or a little right. All in all, a very nice club that will stay in my bag for a long time!

Customer Service

I also have Adams irons, and have used their customer service in the past. Response has always been quick and helpful.

Model Reviewed: Adams GT363R Driver

I have had this driver for about 5 months now. I liked it at first, very good distance (better than the Wilson DR II, Ping Tisi, Cobra SS 427 which I also own), but control was a little erratic (10 deg with reg flex). Re-shafted with a Harrison Stripper stiff shaft and this driver hits them perfectly straight now and it still hits a mile. Feel of the Wilson DR II is a little better, but it is nowhere near the Adams 363R in distance. Excellent club for the money and even if it cost the same as the others, it's still better. This club will be with me a long time.

Best driver I've ever hit. Feedback on center hits is great; club is very forgiving. I did trim the butt from 45 inches to 44 and regripped with an oversize Winn grip. There is no loss of distance by trimming to 44 inches and a gain of confidence in control. You can get this club now at Wholesale golf for $109. You won't be disappointed: it's long an accurate.

I have never been a fan of HUGE oversized drivers. but i got this one for free at a golf tournament so I figured i would just go to the driving range to test it before i sold it!! two words HOLY CRAP!!! this club is unbelievable long. at my home driving range i was hitting balls into the woods on the fly thats 280-290 easy. but warning don't try to swing as fast as you can, hook or slice everytime. this club has replaced my GBB hawkeye, think I'll give it to my father-in-law. i have no use for it now. this is the best hitting, longest, straightest, most awesome club i've ever hit. don't let the adams name fool you, they have made an outstanding driver A+

I think this a by far, one of the best driver on the market today, combine both affordable pricing and performance. first of all, my swing is pretty fast. Before I purchase this driver, I have my doubt regarding the factory Adams shaft. But man, after a few swings, I already got some longest shots, may be 10~15 yards more if you hit the sweet spot on the club head. Also, the sound of this club just amazging. I went to local golf stores to test different drivers, but I still choose Adams in teh end. And now, I am considering to purchase the new Adams Idea iron set. Yeah, Adams golf fans here...

Very Straight, nice and long off the tee, between 270 & 300 yards. If you swing too aggresive your shot will slice or hook. Good Value.

This is really an excellent driver. I have had this driver for about a month now and I have had some of my longest drives with it. It is longer than my previous more expensive drivers (including Ping TISI Tec and Cleveland Launcher), and as accurate and forgiving as my Callaway C4. Yesterday I hit all but two fairways. This driver works best with a smooth swing tempo. If I get too quick with it a strong draw to hook can be the result. If you are a slicer of the ball you need to give this one a try. Overall I couldn't be happier with this driver. I have total confidence I will be in the short grass on every drive. It could be the best bargain in golf equipment out there right now. Barney Adams has put out some great clubs over the years.

I am not a consistent driver of the ball off the tee but I can hit this club much better than anything else I have tried. This club is long and forgiving. Don't get me wrong, if you put a bad swing on the club you end up with a not so decent shot (just like any other club out there) The key to consistency with this club is to swing within yourself and don't try to muscle it or you will be hitting a big hook. There isn't anything better out there for the price and I tried quite a few of them. Fantastic club for the price.

Great driver, this is the first of the new drivers I've tried and it's long and straight. Had several drives at 300, and one about 330+ on the first day out. Hitting a stiff shaft with 10 loft, now if I could only learn to put and chip I'd be in.
