Enjoyed my driver until it cracked. Customer Service I have a 2 year old adams golf gt2 driver that has cracked.I would have thought it should have lasted longer but maybe I am wrong. If you could let me know if that is normal I would appreciate it. |

Adams GT2 Complete Set
The irons are great. Even though my handicap isn't great, these irons are straight shooters with an easy swing more than 90% of the time. The woods on the other hand were great until I literally broke the 3 and 5 wood at the same driving range session. Now, I have to replace them as the warranty is already void. This set would've been an excellent buy if the woods were steel shafted. |

I am 13 years old and have a 4 handicap, with a the cleveland 400 launcher but when i got the adams GT2 driver i brought my handicap down to a 1.3. I am hitting the ball at least 280 when the cleveland was only going about 250, the very first time i used it i shot a 1 under 71. It is an amazing driver with great foregiveness and gives you a ton of distance

Let me begin by saying that I don't play the Adams as my Everyday Driver. That high esteem (at the current time) falls on my beloved Cobra 460SZ.
Customer Service Responsive... Driver head had a hairline crack in it... responded within 4 days and received Replacement driver within 1 week. |

I have an Admas GT2 10degree stiff shaft and absolutely love it.. i hit it a country mile and also very straight. i have an 11 handicap and slowly getting it lower. The only thing i have concerns about is that i have gone through 2 of these drivers and the same crack is appearing along the bottom of the driver. does anyone else have this problem?? |

I have gone through more drivers in a couple years than i have fingers...sad but true. I first started off with some really cheap walmart Wilson drivers, then moved to a nicer Wilson Driver but it still kinda stunk. Staying with the Wilson Theme, i got a Deep Red Fat Shaft...thought it was ok, but too flimsy. So i got a Taylor Made 420 Burner with which i won a long drive contest with at Redstone Golf Club, but i tried the Adams GT 410...thought it was ok, then a Taylor Made 510...very long, but small head...which now brings me to the GT2 driver. I got this also off Ebay and it is definitely not as long as the 420 or 510 TM, but it is a lot more forgiving, and there is a lot more accuracy in this driver. If i mis-hit a ball...it will not be that far off of the fairway. My swing speed is over 108, so i need a stiff shaft, but Adams stiff shafts don't feel very stiff...so this is why i may be on to the next driver. |

Adams Golf GT2
Let me start by saying that I'm not a good golfer; I break 90 only one out of ten rounds. That said, I'm not a snobby scratch golfer who thinks my swing is as good as the pros, and therefore need the same driver as VJ or Tiger. I've had my trusty Cleveland Launcher 330 for nearly 4 seasons, and I absolutely love it. However, since I'm a full time graduate student, I don't have the time, money, or desire to take lessons and fix my swing. Because of this, my Cleveland driver was not as consistent as I would have liked. When I catch the Cleveland on the screws, it's the longest driver I've ever played, but herein lies the problem: my swing is consistently inconsistent. Therefore, I went searching for a more forgiving driver. In comes the GT2. Because I'm not a golf snob, I don't mind if my driver doesn't say Taylor Made or Titleist. The bottom line is that I need a consistent driver. I have that with the GT2. When I catch this driver on the screws, it goes just as far as my Cleveland, but has a higher trajectory. The truly amazing thing is that when I don't hit the sweet spot (about 8 times out of ten), the ball still goes a mile, but more importantly, it's still in play. Since I'm less concerned with distance and desire straighter shots, this club is simply astonishing! This club is the lightest driver I've ever swung. Generally this wrecks my swing, as I'm tempted to swing faster, but this club sets up so well, that I'm comfortable with a "lazy" swing. When I catch this club on the screws, it goes a mile high, but doesn't balloon. I wouldn't describe the ball flight as "boring" or "penetrating", but it certainly cuts through the air while maintaining a high trajectory. Additionally, despite the huge head (430 cc), this driver has more feel than any other driver I've played, owing to the ridiculously thin face. With the new Taylor Mades, many people are beginning to prefer the solid persimmon-like feel and sound at contact, but this club has a Ping-like "ting" and impact, which I actually prefer. I simply don't have anything negative to say about this driver. If you are reading this review, it means you've taken the first step to looking at clubs that will truly help your game. Don't be a golf snob, buy this club and out drive your buddy in the Greg Norman polo and sweater vest carting around $500 drivers. Save the money for some overpriced beer on the links! Adams GT2 Driver
I have been using the GT2 for about a month now and have seen a tremendous change in distance. The adjustment from a 280cc to a 430cc driver took a while, but once I figured out tee height, foot positioning, etc I have been nothing but impressed. It has a tremendous sound off the tee and is very forgiving. I just received my GT2 irons today and cannot wait for the rain to stop to try them out. |

Adams GT2 430cc Driver
This is a GREAT drive! My son recently made off with my SS427 driver and I wanted one to replace it. I was happy with the size so I was casually looking for something with a 9* loft and similar size. I came across an Adams GT2 on Ebay and got it for just $28.02! I already had recently replaced my Cobra SSI irons with the GT2 Undercut from Adams and am very happy with that choice. I thought I just had to give the driver a chance. It has a great sound and feel to it when struck. It has the perfect trajectory that I was looking for and as far as distance- I'm getting about 260yds (with some roll). I've had a bunch of neck surgeries and don't have a super fast swing speed but I'm DEFINITELY happy with a 260yd drive. Get one of these clubs for a steal of a price off of Ebay, and I'm sure you'll be happy with it! Customer Service Great service! Promptly answered my letters and calls to answer questions. ADAMS GT2 DRIVER 10* Stiff
I bought this driver on Ebay for $55 bucks after trying it at the golf shop and man am I happy with it. This driver gave me more distance, accuracy and height. I have been using the adams St for 2 years now and and very happy with the change. Just after hitting 10 balls with this driver I was cutting the fairway in half and hitting 30 yards farther than with the ST. My accuracy has improved by at least 30 to 40 percent. Shaft is nice and strong and the head is nice to look at. Great sound when you hit the ball to. Nice driver for someone starting to shoot in the 80's..... |
