Mountain setting, river running right through #2, nice variety of holes.

A fox picked up my ball on 8 and ran off with it. Had to hit again! No real rough to speak of, only trees. You better be straight, or you'll be in the forest.

I have played the Cedar Creek SVR course many times; in fact I once had a house on the ranch, and I always found the course challenging.

Course is obsessed with keeping all blades of grass WET !!!!!! Watering during dark would be better, in my opinion. Of course, trying to time your swing in between two sprinklers was a challenge....

Views of the Mountains, while playing, are impressive. We played every day there, for about 6 days. Had a wonderful time. Overall, we thought the course was a winner....The greens were fairly slow, but your ball always held if you hit the green. There are not too many obstacles except above ground sprinkler systems that go off at unexpected times....However, the fairways are not that wide, which is a challenge in itself. The price was right for an executive course, and we will definitely come back to play again.
