Maintenance is good on fairways, and greens have good speed and accept the ball well.

The new hole layout creates too many "danger" areas (tees too close to adjoining fairway) and too many blind holes.

This is an older course that has had a new 9-holes added, and a new layout applied. It's not a great course, but a fun course to play.
