Houses too close to course on several holes. Course is 'boring'.

Long, yet still easy course. Fairways and greens are alright, but nothing special. Layout is a little boring.

This is a long, wide open course. The tees are OK. Not much differece between the fairways and rough. The greens are in good shape. This is a very forgiving course, with few hazards.
