This course to me is nearly unplayable. I'm a 7 hdcp who drives the ball ony 220 yds. The problem with this course is you can only use the driver maybe 3 times at most. It is so narrow that anything off the fairway is considered to be lost. Sure the par 4's are only 350-370 yds. However, they can be straight up a steep hill and so narrow you can't even reach the 150yd marker, because you have to tee off with a 5 or 7 wood which of course leaves you with a 160 yd shot still left up the hill. So, of course you have to bang another 7 wood to an elevated or hidden green. My lady friend who shoots 89-95 gave up after 14 holes. Also, almost unwalkable. If you decide to play, bring 10 golf balls minimum. Bunny Mason did his best with what he was given, but it's a mess. Rent a cart though and look at the views.

Staff is helpful and friendly.

Ttimes every 6 minutes means course got crowded. Should be 9 or 10 to allow the toursits who rarely play to search for their balls or take extra shots. The "player assistant" (marshal) was present and kept things from slowing down. We finished in 4:20 - not bad but would have been 5+ hours if not for the marshal.

This course is challenging. You have to be accurate off the tee to have any chance of scoring well. The greens are tough also. We walked the first half and decided we better get a cart for the second 1/2 as the course is very hilly. Extremely beautiful scenery. Tough but fair and very fun course. Easy to score high here.

A little short

My favorite course, ever. Very difficult. Every hole offers something new. Very hilly, very narrow, VERY beautiful. Staff is friendly and the course is in great condition. Leave the driver in the bag. Hit it in the fairway or it's lost.
