Greens are still immature with lots of ballmarks. Will break in better as it matures.

New private golf club still being broken in. Greens are new, fragile, and fast. Lots of holes requiring significant carry. Lots of water. Bring lots of balls.
There is no let up hole to hole. It requires concentration throughout for a wide variety of shots.

Tees are in great shape, one of the strengths of the course. Traps have all been redone, even though the course is only four years old. Relatively flat and walkable.
