Great layout, nice views, very reasonable rates - can't really beat all those when put together.

It was a bit wet though, a few plugged balls, so would be 'very nice' in the dry months.

5-5-07...Just played this course for the first time and my rating will be kind of low due to the extreme wetness of the course. I lost 4 balls that were hit in the middle of the fairway and plugged on almost every hole. I will say that it's a nice layout and will be great from about mid June through September.
alot of elevation change so you need to adjust your club selection to fit the elevation. A cart is a must for at least your first time out.

Will put on my list for a great summer course but will wait until the pasture dries out :)

Customer service in the pro shop was friendly, but I was not very happy. Went out as a single. The pro shop told me that it was wide open, but ran into a foursome by the 3rd hole. ended up being ok as nobody was behind me, so I played a ball from the back tees, and played a ball from the white tees.

Superb. The biggest asset of Shuksan is it's impeccable layout. The excellent course design combined with the great value of the course makes it a "must play". It isn't by any means an easy course, as it plays extremely long from the back tees. Also, if you play this course, rent a cart, because there is a few long walks between holes. For you Canadians out there, they have "Canadian at Par Tuesday's", which is a steal for the price. Enjoy!

I have played at tis course several times threw out the year and have founf it to be a ecellent course with alot of chellenge hole and a great vulue for canadian players.
