Seems to be a decent police presence in the area.

Do not show weakness in the part of town.

Where do they put the cows during the day? A real dogtrack but you can score on this course (ie: hookers and drugs). The best iron to use on this course in a .40 cal Glock. Other than that though its nice.

Good iron practice because it's pretty tight. Some short holes like #5 are fun.Reachable par 5's get your interest.

Good practice facility with 2 chipping greens and a practie bunker.

I really miss the San Trap. I only drank there once- one of my many regrets.

#9 and #10 are par 3's- really freaks me out, man. In fact there are alot of Par 3 holes. too bad they had to convert #14 to a par 3 because it was a good par 4. I guess the locals were getting tired of seeing their pit bulls getting brained by errant Pinnacles.

Lots of riff raff, sorry, but it's true,roaming the premises from neighborhood kids and unsupervised children frolicking at the attached municipal rec center.

I am reviewing this course from 5,500 yards because...that's it. that's all there is. Oh sure, I can mention the crack house hotel that used to be on the property or five or six different unrelated sirens from emergency vehicles tearing through the neighborhood druing each round you play there, or I could go on and on about the barking dogs, the aroma from nearby sewer grates...but all that would be doing "the Creek" a mighty disservice.

You see, I leaned the game here so this place is special, not unlike how Arnie would feel playing at Latrobe. Well, excpet, my dad never drove a tractor in his life...but that's a whole other discussion.

Greens- are fine at selected times of the year.
Fairways are mostly weed- but you actually get a pretty good lie here..so I'm not complaining.
Tee boxes are littered with divots holes you could hide a loaf of bread in. Thank god for tees.
