Shoot in the 90s
This is an excellent wide open course for scoring - my lowest ever (a 90) came at this course. It's not too terribly long and provides excellent scoring chances overall, with most holes being driver + mid/short iron. The greens are not terribly hard with most of them being fairly flat - I think the back 9 is a little bit more difficult, length wise too. The fairways are generously wide here, and are forgiving. As pieces of land go, you wont find any flatter than this baby. Conditions have improved slightly over the years, and is probably a good fit for the price- but still are well behind other area courses. Poor irrigation causes fairways to brown out every summer by late June. Similar Products Used: Driving range is crappy...balls are dimple-less...and they make you walk halfway to Richmond to hit woods at the far end of the range. |
