Although not a member, I have played this course 18-20 times. It is a nice 9-hole course with a little sand and water in play on some holes. The landscape is fairly hilly. The greens are kept in very good condition and usually slightly faster than some of the other local courses. Washington has a large membership so the course is very busy when the weather is good. Cart rental is available. Greens fee'rs will find prices to be a little higher than other comparable 9-hole courses in SE Iowa. I would rate this course as "challenging" but not "punishing" for the average golfer.
