Good tee boxes and very good greens. Fairways are continuing to improve. Course has plenty of long par 4 & 5 holes to challenge your driver however, some of the holes demand teeing off with an iron or fairway wood to keep it in play. With 27 holes to choose from, often there are no long waits to get on.

Much of the course has uneven lie. Greens have a lot of unpredictibility in them when it comes to putting.

Perhaps one of the best values in VT. The Ayer's family has tremendous pride in their course and it shows. It continues to improve each year. In about 7-10 years, Cedar Knoll may become one of the most challenging public courses around when all those trees along the fairways are full grown!
