This a 9 hole mountain/resort designed golf course. This is a short tight course that offers pretty views of Sardine Canyon. This course offers three sets of tees and small greens. Do not be surprised when you make a put that the cup is filled with water. For the most part the conditions are okay. Only two bunkers on the entire course- hole 7. Signature hole is a par five #6 that is all downhill. Eagles are very possible on this hole. Begginers will do okay. Course is very walkable. I hear they have rattle snakes. Customer Service They know nothing about running a tee in the pro-shop. Similar Products Used: Somewhat similar to Hobble Creek in Springville |

Shoots in the 90s
I used to live in Logan, and it seemed like it took forever for the snow to melt off this course, because it's near the summit of Sardine Canyon. It's an older layout, but well-maintained and very beautiful all season. On three of the holes (#1, 8, and 9), you either hit the fairway off the tee or you lose it in the forest. The last two in particular have narrow fairways, and don't bother bringing yellow or orange balls, because dead leaves will camoflauge them too well, especially by September! In contrast, the middle section of the course is relatively straightforward. #5 is a par-4 that always plays longer than it looks from the tees. #6 is a solid 525-yard par-5 from the blues, and is straight as an arrow with no bunkers anywhere on it. #3 and 6 mark the transition zone from forest to open ground, and both have sloping fairways. The two par-3 holes (#2 and 4) look very similar to each other, with tee boxes buried in the trees that gradually open up toward the greens. If you're looking for beautiful scenery, play the course later in the year when the leaves are turning. It seems almost magical, with solid yellow, gold, orange, and red all around! Additionally, wildlife sightings are a regular occurrence, especially deer. Customer Service By and large the staff are friendly and accommodating. |
