Shoot in the 90s
As a former member I must say over all I enjoyed Los Rios. The course really varies based on the time of year you play. Spring play is especially tougher with the height of rough along the fairways. I shoot in the low 90's and always had fun on this course. I found that the trees came into play more than the water. The greens are fairly large and not much level changes, but they are indeed challanging. Several of the holes offer a "go for it or not?" challange for you big hitters. I'm more of a 'lay up' kinda player now. Customer Service I mentioned this above, but it's worth saying again. Great people! Easy to talk to and laugh with. Shoot in the 80s
A course that is "sneaky tough". Each hole has potential trouble. There is Water potentially in play on 1,#3,#4,#5,#6,#7,#9, #10,#11,#12#14,#15,#16,#17. Tee boxes were hard but green & mowed. The fairways are green and mowed down to give a good roll. Trees line the fairways in very stragetic locations to make you place your drive or long iron carefully in order to reach the greens in regulation. Long hitters have an advantage, because the greens are hard, medium to small in size and are difficult to hold. Customer Service Tee times are easy to make. The Golf Staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed. Similar Products Used: Driving range was large and balls good for practicing. Needs a Chip, pitch, and Sand trap practice area. |
