The fairways are wide and open enough to let you "grip it and rip it". Plus most greens are large enough to land a small plane on. The course was in great shape and was just plain fun to play.

Being on a green in regulation doesn't mean anything if you cannot lag to the hole. No map of course can throw off a first timer off on where to aim on a few holes.

An outstanding course in great shape and fun to play. Everything is lush and well maintained. It is the kind of a course you want to play often as it provides a different approach on each hole. Big hitters will love the layout and even high handicappers will enjoy a round here. One of the best kept secrets in the Hill Country. Well worth the drive to play.
