Just go down the road and pass by the gigantic landfill/ dump, take a left, go a mile or so and voila! Brock (AKA "Brock the Rock). The reason I venture out to Brock are 1. Dirt cheap 2. Usually don't need a tee time and can get off fairly quick 3. Two top quality hole (Par 3 #14 220 yds over bayou back up the hill lots of trouble if you miss green left or right and Par 5 #18 little over 500 yds a good drive will put you in position to go for it, but all carry over the bayou again) The greens are furry, lumpy and slow. Very frustrating. Can play slow if you get caught behind any of the numerous beginners which seem to haunt the place. Lots of places to lose balls in the bayou, woods, OB. If you do head out there, just keep your expectation low and you'll be fine. You probably won't have a great score, but at least it didn't cost you 75 bucks. You'll have extra for beer at the cafe. Probably only a 1.50 each.

My life partner, Jeff and I played a round there and it was an okay course. There is way too much water and the bugs and sticker bushes are dreadful. The other golfers are so sweet though. When we lost our balls they helped us look for them. when we got to number 16 a big black man sold us his balls at a low price and we continued the fun.

Customer Service

It was exquisite! The boys in the front were sweet and helpful, the old lady in the grill was nice too.

Brock is a great course. The landmark holes are numbers 9 & 18 going across a deep river that tests your skills. The incrdebly hard layout makes it hard.

Customer Service

Great! the people thta work there are the nicest at any golf course ive ver played
