Nice course but if you plan on going based on an email you recieved you might want to call ahead and make sure they will honer what they advertise. They wouldnt honer the one I showed them. It stated "this week unlimited golf and cart for $20". When I get there they tell me its for a certain day after 5pm. With sundown being around 7pm, how much "unlimited" golf can you play in 2 hrs? Also dont leave any valuables in you car as the course is located in the middle of the gheto and after my round returning to my truck there had been several cars had been broken into which would explain all shards of glass I seen all over the parking lot when I got there. Lke I said it is a nice course but I wont be back, Im going to Keeton Park where I dont have to worry about my truck being broke into and can enjoy my round.

Love this track. Great views of Dallas skyline. Small greens make it difficult. Conditions stay good year round. Hilly area of south Dallas. It is in a bad neighborhood, but I highly recommend the course. 15 minutes from downtown.

Tee it high and let it fly on holes 10 and 13!

Very well maintained for a muni course. Challenging but user-friendly to high handicappers like myself. Take your out-of-town golf buddies here.

Like most city courses, it's tough to get on if you're a single. But the young girl got me on even though it was a usual busy Saturday for them.

Hagen won here in 1927, right? Played it 10-15 years ago and don't remember any specific holes, but the overall impression it left on me was that Cedar is a great old-style course with some nice elevation changes, demanding par 4s, good fairways, and nice greens. Play it for the historical angle.

Great old course. It welcomes you with a 600 yard hello; and the length of all the par three holes with their tiny greens, maintain the challenge. Home of the 1927 PGA Championship.
