Terrible. That's all I can say. Teed off at 7:52 am. No water on course or Drink Cart. Water showed up at approximately 11:00 am, we were almost done with our round. Bunkers were not maintained, with grass growing in them. 95% of them have no sand in them. Greens bumpy and Burnt out. This used to be a classy place to play now it is a Goat Ranch.

Great value for a course of this quality, Although the course is only 25 minutes from Dallas and about 15 minutes off 635 a lot of people have never heard of it. I for one would like to keep it a hidden treasure Challenging golf course but fun-- I really enjoyed this course. It was in good condition and played fair and the course design is really good. Its fairly wide open on the par 5’s but tight on the lower par’s. Greens and fairways were in very good shape the times I have played

Long and relatively difficult. Not the most lush environment, but the greens are relly good. Seems like a pretty typical layout for this area. A very good value for the price.
