This baby has all the thrills and chills of a roller coaster.Had to let my wife off at a tee box below the mens and had to skid down to her let off place. It was fun..very challenging...and just a beautiful place to be. Customer Service great...go there...you'll like what you see. |

This is an amazingly scenic course that is very challenging for a beginning golfer. I have played this course twice and have loved it both times. I hate courses that you can see every hole from Tee #1, this is not one of those courses. Watch for cars if you slice the ball! Customer Service Great customer service Similar Products Used: Grill was very good, quick service. Phone from 18th hole did not work. |

I always look forward to playing this course. It is not very long, but it is very challenging. It is a very hilly golf course. There are three par 3's were you have a large drop to the green from the tee. It is a beautiful course, that is always in good shape. Customer Service People are good here Similar Products Used: Hitting areas on the range need help, new grill is great. |

Great changes in scenery. The course goes from flat to hilly, to cliffs, all the way to a van, down by the river. The river looks great and the course is always maintained very well. I love the huge drop offs to the par 3 greens. A fairly wide course, but not easy due to elevated and/ or hidden greens that are tough to read. Higly recommended especially for the price. $25 during the week with mandatory cart. This is not a course to walk unless you like long hikes to each hole, usually uphill. Bring lots of balls. My only complaint, which is minor, is that each tee box has zero indication of what hole you are currently playing. I like some type of plaque with the different yardages and a picture of the hole, but that is just personal preference. This is a must play course. Enjoy. Customer Service Easy to make tee-times and good customer service. This course does not allow half-carts so if you are a single, bring some extra money. Similar Products Used: The pro shop is undergoing renovation so it will be bigger and better. Good snack bar and friendly staff. |

Pine Forest is has to be one of the most scenic courses in Texas with hills, canyons, tall pines and the Colorado River. An outstanding value and one of the best to play in Central Texas. Once your on the green, find the River....read your putt....look again....watch everyone in your group putt....read your putt AGAIN....then stroke it. Lagging skills a must to keep your score down. Straight hitters will shoot better than the long knockers here. Customer Service Friendly staff and easy to get tee times, esp. during the week. Similar Products Used: None |
