This is a wonderful semi-private course. The greens are very fast. The fairways are all very narrow and littered with long bunkers. Most greens are protected by bunkers, water or both. The most difficult course in the area (that most of us can play). Get there very early or late on a weekday for discounts. Even at full price, it is worth playing.
