I SHOOT IN THE 90'S BUT IN THE 80'S ON THIS COURSE. I LOVE THIS COURSE. IT'S MY FAVORITE GOLF COURSE I'VE EVER PLAYED ON. ALL BALLS ARE PLAYABLE. GOOD FOR BEGINNER PLAYERS. THE HOLES ARE STILL CHALLENGING BECAUSE OF THEIR DISTANCE. Customer Service NOT SO GOOD IN THE CLUBHOUSE |

Nice flat course. Wide open. Very few shots, regardless of where they end up, are unplayable. The course does have distinct fairways, but the rough is mowed so closely and regulary that you have a great chance for birdie on almost every hole, no matter what your handicap is. The greens are in good shape in the begining of the season, but begin to decline towards July. It is a perfect course for the beginner but long enough to give the seasoned golfer a nice challenge. You can count the number of sand traps for all 18 holes on one hand and water rarely comes into play on this course. It is one of the most popular courses in Chattanooga with several leagues playing it throughout the week. The speed of play is nice if you are not playing on a league night. If you do play on a league night you can expect a 5 1/2 to 6 hour round of golf. Customer Service Terrible customer service. The golf pro is very rude and extremely condescending to just about everyone. I have heard more than one story about a rude or less-than-professional encounter a player has had. Similar Products Used: The club house is well equipped and the driving range has pretty accurate yardage markers for the beginner to get a better feel for his length. |

Course is wide open and almost all flat. Great for beginners. Tee boxes are fair condition. None of the greens have any break except #3. The greens are a little fast most of the time, but usually bumpy. I think that is because of the abundance of beginners who don't know how to take care of a course. Range is nice and large. Overpriced for condition, but proximity to Chattanooga makes up for it a little. Customer Service I've some of my longest rounds at this course. Similar Products Used: None |
