Was disappointed with the lack of customer service and the poor quality of the course. We took a group of 16 players for a tournament today. Our first group was informed that they were 4 minutes behind on hole 3. I was in group three and we were told we were 10 minutes behind by hole 7. We had to wait on the ranger to get out of our way several times at this point. My group had one bad hole that we all hit the ball over the green. We were told that we were a hole behind. We rushed to the 10th tee to wait on the group in front of us. When we got to the 12 tee we were told that we had to skip 14. We asked what the expectation was for the time of play. He said it was 4:15 no exceptions. I said it would have been nice to have been told that at the beginning of the round. He said the club house should have told us that. I found out later our group was the only one that the actual time was not given to. We finished the round in 4:20 minutes missing one hole so the tournament was not valid.

When I tried to talk to the only person in the pro shop, he was rather rude and stated it was in the contract that we signed over 10 months ago.

Customer Service

In today's economy, you would think that they would want to service the customer. I felt that we were bothering them and causing issues. The only person that seemed to care about the customer was the cart girl. She had a personality and apologized that they treated us this way
