Very affordable, easily walkable or can take an electric cart as well. Very much wide open...difficult to lose a ball here.

Greens are rock hard and difficult to hold from the air.

A very well maintained course and quite a bargain to boot. A par 66 course good for beginners like myself and with enough long holes and challenging greens for better players. Most greens are elevated, with a few even blind off the tee box. Greens very hard to fly and in fact barely saw any ball marks as most folks resort to a bump and run to get up on the green. Definitely makes you think twice before shooting for the green.
