Decent track that I try to play a few times a year. Always seems to be in pretty good shape but the price is high for the quality of the course.

Excellent condition tee to green. Pin placements were fair on the Monday I played.

All but one of the par 3's was good. Well kept. Beautiful back nine. Well kept fairways. Nice staff good pro shop. Nice scorebook. Gives yardages and tips.

I like tough courses, but some of the greens were to impossible. Even the US open dosn't have greens like that. Some cheesy holes.

I think that it is a good course, but must be played on the weekdays because the greens fees can be expensive. A pretty good course. Tough to walk though. Tricky greens, good test of short game

part of the back 9 winds through a residential development, but a very nice one. this course can be very difficult to walk, especially when it''s very hot, or if you''re just not used to walking a full 18.

probably the best kept public course in bucks county. meticulous from tee to green except for a few par 3''s that make you carry a "natural landscape". pin placements are always well selected and not too difficult. ask the starter if the flags are in the 1, 2, or 3 position and you''ll be fine.
