Shoots in the 70s

Nice course with fair greens. Some undulating greens that can get slick given weather conditions. The course tends to hold alot of water on the first and tenth fairways. Can get very wet. Some holes run into each other leading to some errant shots that can kill. Ranks second or third among the four local courses...middle of the pack.

Customer Service

OK. Nothing to rave about; nothing to complain about. No driving range.

edgewood in the pines is an ok golf course, nothing spectacular. Played there recently when the course was practically empty and asked if it was ok to walk a couple of holes after we paid for a cart and finished our round. When we asked the fellow at the counter you would have thought we asked for his first born. Looked at us as though he was doing us a tremendous favor, at this point I just said forget. Every golf course I have played in northeastern pa will allow you to walk if the course is empty for free since you have already paid a greens fee. This guarantees that I won't be back again or bring anyone with me.

Shoot in the 70s

I have played this course a number of times throughout my college career at East Stroudsburg and also on weekends with family and friends. I feel that this course has all the potential of being a good course and near excellent. From the back tees it can play extremely difficult if you do not position yourself in the proper places. However, it is a course that you can score well on if you play smart golf. Consistent ball striking is key if you plan on scoring well. Keeping the ball in play can also be a problem. Out-of-bounds, water hazards, and sand traps can put the high numbers on the score card. Be mentally prepared to face this beautiful track in the Pocono area. GET A NIGHT SLEEP!!!

Customer Service

Prices are very reasonable, around $40 on weekends and tee times are easy to make. It is well worth the trip if you like to golf.

Shoot in the 80s

This course is in excellent condition. The greens were very challeging, and moderately fast. There were some short holes and one or two long holes. A lot of water and marshlands, which comes into play quite often. Par 5's play longer than what they are listed. I have my personal best round on this course only carrying a 5 wood and a 7 wood. Unfortunatly, the greens fees are a little pricey for the area.

Customer Service

Speed of play was very fast. Marshalls did an excellent job of it. Tee times were easy to make and went off exactly at that time.

Our group was a bit upset with the amount of money to play this course. Especially when we called to make tee times and they told us another price.
