Very well maintained, like the Palace that it is. Lot of room for the banana as well. Only course that the Large Blue from Devon has broken 90, ever. Tremendous swimming on 18. Great bar.

Very open front 9. Let's you get warmed-up for the tight, tree-line back 9. Very nice finishing hole.

Too crowded. Hole number 3 and 12 are basically the same hole. Could have been more creative.

Overall, a very well-maintained course for the average golfer. Long hitters course. Most par 4's are driver-wedge. Easy to reach par 5's.

Pace of play - weekends allow at least 5 hours. Lots of beginners - once a month players on this course.

greens and fairway''s were in very poor condition for what the price is..

This course is a terrible value.. $53 for the weekend.. Go play pickering valley, or skippack, turtle creek, or spring hollow. all will provide better value and overall golfing experience...
