No serious golfer plays here

This is an interesting diversion from the usual course. That's not always a good thing. It's mostly a par 3 layout for the adult, but kids and seniors have a kinder scoring system in place. True, it's not much on the niceties in terms of the traditional, genteel part of the great game, but it's something different worth playing once.

RSVP course, staffed by senior citizens who are nice but not always so helpful.

I thought a while. I don't think so. For the quality of this course the price is entirely too high. For a few dollars more one can play a decent course.

There is a putting green but no chipping is allowed. The greens are horrendous.

Let me give you an idea of the caliber of golfer who plays this course. I actually saw an individual shank a ball so badly that it ended up two fairways over. I have nearly been hit by numerous balls. Golf etiquet does not exist here. This place at times is an absolute free for all. People cross fairways while you are playing, it is not unusual for someone's ball to end up on your green from a completely different hole. Parents drop off children here and let them go wild. There is very little attempt at course maintenance here either, other than mowing. Most of the time you play on weeds.

Convenient, good value, excellent greens.

Small footprint, not much penalty for hitting in the rough.

Fun course for 9 hole muni.
