Nice course for a nice price. I live behind this course so it is very convienent. Layout is very straight maybe 4 holes with dog legs, 4 par 3's, and the rest is just ordinary. Very little water except for ditches. If you get into water on this course your way out of bounds. Greens are set up nicely, but not taken care of very well. The whole place needs a manicure. But for under $15 I can twilight 18 holes and that includes a cart. For that, I can't complain
