Lightening quick greens, decently manicured bunkers, and maintenance second to none.

Drainage in some areas of the course is a problem.

Greens were lowered to .120" the week prior to July 4th. Right now they're putting around a 12 on the stemp meter. White tees are a little chewed up from league play, however blue and gold tees a very well maintained. Fairways were also lowered during June to just under 1/2". A few wet spots here there, but they are perrenial wet spots. New blue tee on number 16 added will be ready for play around the end of July 2001. Other new plans include raising the white/blue tee on #6 and new bunkers on several holes including more fairway bunkers.
