I played Blackhawk twice and i feel that it is a very nice course. I really like the slope of the course and there is alot of dog legs. The course is pretty good in length and for the most part well taken care of. I do like the ambiance of all those homes that are atleast a half a million dollars or more that the course plays into and around. Customer Service Customer service was great. Didn't really pay attention to the service so much. I do remember the starter being very cool. Similar Products Used: As a whole this a very nice course and i do suggest playing it after 1;00PM because the rate then is $45.00. I do think after 3:00pm it should go down to $35.00 atleast. |

Consistently rated in the top 30 in Chicagoland. The overall architecture is impressive but B.C.C. would do well to move some tee boxes back on the 4's and some tee boxes up on the 3's. On scale of 1-10 I would place the overall course condition at about 7. Mid summer the greens are beat and the fairways are shaggy. The fairways are listed as bent grass however I don't buy it for a second. The clubhouse accomodations are that of mobile trailer. Not that there is anything terribly wrong with that it's just at a greens/cart fee (you can't walk on the weekends)fee of $70 you hope for nicer ammenities. If this course were $45 I would rave on and on but my feeling is it's overpriced and underwhelming! Customer Service Good if not great customer service! Similar Products Used: The staff couldn'nt be nicer! |
