Cheap. Rarely busy.

Never a level lie. Typically in shabby condition. Difficult to determine whether you're in the rough or on the fairway.

This course leaves a lot to be desired. It is a short course, at times you'll be on a downslope shooting up to a green. The grass is the same type of grass that grows in front yards in the region and the length of the "fairways" and "roughs" are oftentimes the same length. I plan to stay away from playing this course unless I'm strapped for money.
