has down hills. so if u can drive far enough on some holes u may get around 20 more yards on the drive.

there are only 2 fairway bunkers, i think there should be a few more. Also the cart paths could use repairing

the course is in good condition concidering there are only 4 workers. the greens have no blemishes, the ball marks are fixed, nice smooth grass whick lets ur ball rool smoothly, and the tee boxes could be better, it don't look as good as they could be, but overall it is the best course around this area

the service is good, u get treated good and the staff is very friendly
