Greens!!!! they are lightning fast, and will definately cause numerous 3 putts if your not used to fast greens.

Course layout and length. Many of the holes are too short, and too straight-forward to provide the better golfers a real challenge.

Links style course, wide open and vulnerable to the wind. Greens are lightning fast, but roll true. Not the hardest layout though, if you play it on a "no wind" day it is too easy. Would recommend spending the fees on other courses in the area.

Good customer service, and hospitality. Not a big clubhouse, but the staff is hospitable.
