Shoots in the 70s
This place sucks, I cannot comment on the course, as I did not get a chance to play it, and after today I will never be back. Came by at noon today, and asked about getting out as a single. I was told there was nothing now, but a time was available at 2:30. I left my name and cell number at the desk, and proceeded to hit range balls, and practice putt. When I came back in at 2:20, I was told there was nothing available? This after being told to be back at 2:30 for the first opening. After voicing some more than mild disappointment, I left the Pro Shop, and looked out on the first tee, where I saw a twosome teeing off? Nice.
Customer Service Terrible, simply terrible. Please see above. Similar Products Used: Saxon Woods, Sprain Lake, Colonial, Richter Park. |

I must say this is definately the nicest of the county courses in Westchester. All brand new tee boxes makes this course amazing. The fairways and greens are in great shape. As the other reviewer stated some days they are fast some days they are slow. I was able to get finished on a Friday in less than 4 hours the average is 5 however. Customer Service All the employees I have spoken to where professional and when asked gave input that was precise. Similar Products Used: Wish they had a traveling beverage cart. Played when temp was well into 90s in April and water only at 6th and 16th holes. |

The greens on this course can be deceiving some days they are slow and some fast, course always in great shape must play from the tips for a true mohansic experience. Tee boxes leave a bit to be desired, but are manageable. Similar Products Used: great 19th hole and great beer shack at the turn |

This is easily the best public course in Westchester. It's so well maintained you could confuse it for a private course. The Rangers maintain a good pace of play and tee times usually start on time. The greens are excellent, the tees less so. Course is hilly, with fairly wide fairways and normal size greens. The hills and blind holes make it challenging for good good players. The wide fairways make it very playable for beginners. Similar Products Used: It has a driving range as well as separate areas to practice chipping and putting. |
