Views, not very crowded.

May be a little easy for decent golfers.

9 Holes - in great shape. Several blind tees over rolling hills - the kind with a bell to tell the group behind you that you are clear. I've played it twice, and walked both times. It plays fairly short, there are a couple of par 4's where you can reach the green off the tee if you are accurate. Fairly wide, no water hazards, not a lot of sand. The part of a resort where you are supposed to enjoy yourself - so not the most challenging course in the world.
