CPC is an awsome course, you cannot beat the price at 40 with cart. Holes are either uphill or downhil and the vue is fantastic. It was a blue sunny sky when I played.
The staff are extremely friendly. This is a must re-play for me & my 3 buddies.

The course is in immaculate condition and is a true joy to look at. You must hit the ball relatively straight or you're in big trouble. Also love the fact that you have to put the driver away so often and play smart. The Par-3's are particularly superb, especially #7 and #10.

Not the longest course in the world so it can be overpowered by long hitters, especially if the course gets dry. However, they water the fairways regularly so you rarely get the massive roll to overpower it as much as you think.

This course is the most UNDERRATED place in New York State. The fairways and greens are absolutely perfect as they do a wonderful job manicuring the course. While I have definitely played harder Golf Courses, you will never play a more enjoyable one. The visuals are incredible and the course requires a "thinking man's" approach where you often have to put away your driver. For this price, you will never experience better Golf.

Slow greens

Outstanding track that plays through a mountain. Price is almost unbeatable for a course of this stature($40). Wind is alway a factor. Only dissapointing part is that the greens were slow(although they were true). I highly recommend it if you are in the Binghamton area.
