Shoots in the 70s

A Tillinghast course, the great designer did a lot with very little. Course is flat and on a small parcel of land, yet has some nice golf holes especially some long par 3's on the back and a couple of recently lengthened par-4's. Classic AW layout -- greens protected by large deep bunkers. Players are forced to hit quality approach shots in what can often be blustery conditions. Condition of the course has declined in recent years. Used to be immaculately maintained but condition of the course isn't what it used to be. Tee boxes are chewed up and fairways and greens have been overrun by a fungus of some kind. 'Not sure what happened but it's sad to see a golf course deteriorate like this.

Long course from the back, pretty straight without many dog-legs. It is a flat course, not the most difficult course. Greens are tough to read and you must make shots into the greens to score well. Fairways are well manicured, tee box are well kept and greens are perfect. Love the windmill...
