Great starters who get you on the course, especially if you go as a single and go early. Challenging set up with a variety of holes. Par 3's over water. Mid to long dog leg par 5's. Raised greens protected by trees and bunkers.

County does not maintain the course as well as it should. Fairway can be described as rough and when summer is dry, a dirt track in August. Greens are slow.

If you are staying on Long Beach Island and want a place to play near by for around $50 with cart this is it. Less for county residents or those who walk. Great set up by George Fazio from early 60's. Slope from regular (white) tees is 130. Small greens protected by many sand traps. Great variety for county course.
