No tee times make it easy to get on and play at the last minute. I got there early (6:00 AM) and beat the rush so I have never had to wait long. If you are dying to play some golf, and the driving range won't fix the craving, this course is better than nothing. But play it twice in a row and you will be scrambling to play anywhere with some nice "real" conditions.

Kind of expensive for the quality. Since it is only a 9 hole course that you play twice, hole #1/10 gets a little backed up. If you don't like a crowd watching, its a drag. I have played 5 other course in the area and I have never almost been hit the ball as many times as here. I think the difference between hackers and amateurs is a little etiquette or lack thereof. Okay this is a minor point, but the bugs on holes 4-5-6 are vicious.

Tee boxes normal, greens and around the green are nice. The fairway? On most holes there is no fairway at all. If you can hit a 300+ drive (I can't) you might get a nice lie. Considering it was a fairly wet spring the course was in pretty bad shape. The pitch and putt course is kept nicer. Essentially the fairways are like playing in someone's backyard, literally. I developed my own golf rule of taking a free drops if some nice grass happened to be near by. Yes its cheating, but not worth wrecking your clubs over. Very hard to hit the irons with the grass because it stops your swing cold.

To very challenging holes. For a beginner's course, greens are well kept.

Fairways suck. On a great drive you might be hitting from a cappy patch of dort or high grass. Sometimes hitting into the rough is better than the hitting from the fairway.

Greens are above average. Fairways are below average. It's a 9 hole course, with only 2 true challenging holes. A par 5 90 degree dogleg and a par 5 615 yard hole. A hackers course, games on weekends and on nice days move slow. Wait on nearly every tee. Strictly a beginners course
