Shoots in the 80s
Sad, gone to ruin, greens are brown and bare! Par 3 course looks better. Have removed ALL of the heritage.... Scharre Run ruined, no more benches, dedicated stones overgrown, driving range looks sad. No wonder they went into bankruptcy Customer Service Can't find help on the course or in pro shop |

This course is in terrible condition, until it is repaired I will not play it again even if its for free.Greens are burnt beyond repair, fairways are nothing but crabgrass and tee boxes are way forward, almost to the ladies tees. You can find much better courses in the area for less money. |

Gone to ruin. This once private course sat fallow for a few years before being reopened as a public course. The greens are mostly scar tissue, the fairways are burned up. There is no water to drink on the course, and most ball cleaners are dry. This could be a good course again, if renovated, but it will likely take years. In the meantime, there is no way to justify the green fees with so much better local competition. Customer Service Good Similar Products Used: Many |

I have played there about 3 times when I played for my high school team. I found that this course was over all a nice course. From what I remember, the greens were the thing I like the most about this course. |

bhta, I don't think your comments are fair at all. I am a member and I have never noticed a problem with the greens. Also I tend to think you are lying about playing there the layout is amoung the best in the state it is built on the side of a mountain! Well, anyway overall I like this course it has great long holes and goes up and down the side of a mountain. The only complaint I have is the greens are a little to flat though they are pretty large. |

They should plow the course under and grow corn like the surrounding areas. Layout is boring. The parking lot rolls better than the greens. I have played there 3 time spring summer and early fall/late summer and they were terrible all three times. The superintendent is an amateur. The greens are worse than the worst public course. |
