The design is a definite plus. A great mix; some risk-reward holes, some which call for shot-making (draws/fades), others call for distance - none really require great accuracy.

Bare spots in the fairways, greens are irratic (some fast, some slow, all in OK shape) - Not near enough drinking water, especially on the back!

Better-than-average design (for a muni), but slightly lower-than-average upkeep. Hilly but walkable - most tees are near enough to the prior green.

Customer Service

Usually courteous, but I've had times... Over-staffed, but (as in most muni's) the Rangers are loath to push the turtles.

Beast ProShop of any muni I've seen. Decent prices, big selection. Since it's Bergen County, no beer in the clubhouse. Has a practice range, but it's always crowded. Very nice practice greens between the Clubhouse & tee #1.

nice course, could be difficult at different points. The course is in great condition and the facilities are great. The pro shop is well stocked and there is a putting green and driving range there.
