This is a follow-up to last year's review. Price increases have made this one the most overpriced courses for its level of quality on the Seacoast. Compare this overdressed muni track at $41 walking with a challenging, well-maintained layout like Outlook in S. Berwick at $40 and you'll never come back.

Not a good day. greens were wet and slow. Fairways were a real mess with mud and leaves on them. The traffic on 95 is deafening on a Saturday. the marshalls were not there to speed up play; 5 hr 35 min to play 18.

Good maintenance, decent drainage, challenging rough.

Poorly designed greens, pace of play.

Solid all-round experience, very reliable value. Good mix of open and tight, with most of the tighter fairways on the back 9. Greens could be a bit more varied, most are either dead flat or absurdly tilted without much real countour to them. Pace of play gets awful on weekends, don't bank on getting out on time, marshals are mostly absent.

This is a 3 star course only. Front wide open, slow greens. Back tighter, better test. Conditions average at best. Fair for the price.
