Interesting and challenging holes for novice to intermediate, especially back nine. Could be prettier with some landscape work, but still pleasing.

Lack of money or groundskeeping talent has stunted development and maintenance.

This course went on the auction block in '99. My understanding is they are looking for a buyer. I hope they come with deep pockets. I love this layout, but it needs some work on cart paths and clubhouse areas.

Tee to green, its very playable. The worst are several tee boxes that are gravelly, but greens okay.

Built on the side of a mountain, be prepared for hard work if you walk.
