Great course. A Schmidt/Curley design. Course is carved out of; native vegitation surroundiing the colorado river bosque. Condition was very good as I played in April, 2009

Course condition, greens (esp. for a desert course), pretty easy to get on. Affordable if you stay at an area hotel. Good track

16th hole. Pro shop and eating area are nothing to write home about.

I really liked this course. It was in good shape and the greens were well maintained. It's a desert / resort style course, so be prepared for some target golf. I'm usually not a huge fan of this style of course, but I had a really good time on this one. 16 is not a great hole, but 17 is a par 3 over water that plays longer than you think, and 18 is a tough par 4 with forced carries over water on both the tee shot and the second. There are 3 sets of tee boxes for the men so the course plays pretty easy from the whites, pretty challenging from the blues, and a real test from the blacks. It's a much different course depending on which tees you play.

Happy to say that I did not have the other reviewers experience at the pro shop. They were friendly and professional to me and my friends.

Clubhouse is small, there is no real eating facility.

Played this course 3 times with a group of 11 other guys, golf course is in excellent shape, very green and aesthetically pleasing. Maintenence was good, greens were a little slow (wet), tee condition was good.
Overall, a decent golf course.

Service overall was ok...the last day there were eight of us and we were quoted $67. U.S. to play on the Sunday. Once we got there (after having played a couple times during the week), they were annoyed with whomever booked the tee-time for that rate. Apparently we should have been paying a lot more. We all paid, but when we got out to the starter he told us that only 7 of us had paid - not true, we all paid. Even after confirming with each of us, the starter took the attitude that he would'nt worry about it, but as far as he was concerned only 7 of us had paid. This attitude and accusation of thievery is inexcusable and as a result we will likely not go back to this area (I won't anyhow).
