Great fairways, greens and sand.

Not too difficult. Can be spraying the ball and get away with it.

Very nice course. Always in great condition and the greens are fast. Will improve with more houses and maturing trees.

Layout and decent maintenence.

Sometimes the pace was a little slow.

This 27 hole complex is one of the true work horses for the omaha area. It sees a lot of play and conditions still hold up fairly well because of the maintenence. The day I played it was raining and we played the Great White and Mako 9s which still are not completely lined with houses and there are some trees that come into play. Greens fast and fairways in good condition.

Try not to hit your shots into anyone's back yard, these people are the same type of people that build their house right next to the airport and complain about the airplanes.
